Vicki graduated from Roy's of Louisville and has been in the hair industry for 30 years. In that time she has mastered a wide range of hair techniques including color, cutting and up do's. However her specialty and passion is hair color. Specializing in highlights and lowlights, color correction and gray reduction, men's and kid's cuts, special occasion hair and facial waxing. She uses Goldwell color and several lines for clients with sensitivity to hair color. Vicki places high value on listening to her clients, understanding their needs and respecting their hair
Allen May Stylist/Colorist brings over 37 years of experience in the hair industry to Spotlight Salon. He graduated from Roy’s of Louisville in 1977 and shortly thereafter moved to Beverly Hills, California where joined the team at the prestigious Umberto Salon. Over the course of his 10 years in Beverly Hills, Allen perfected his ultra fine foil weave technique for natural looking highlights, color correction, and precision cutting skills. He returned to Louisville in 1989 and began to develop a dedicated following. In 2001 Allen May Stylist/ Colorist opened it’s first location on Barrett Ave in Louisville’s original Highlands, later moving to Crescent Hill on Frankfort Avenue. Allen Lives in Southern Indiana with his wife Ginny. He is the father of 3 children & 2 step-children and has 2 grandchildren and 2 step-grandchildren.

Brandon Xavier Hair Design brings a fresh perspective to Spotlight Salon, focusing on each client’s unique attributes. “No two heads of hair are ever the same. The shape, color, texture, and fashion in which we style our hair, is a fun and creative opportunity to express our individual nature and personality.” Brandon enjoys staying abreast of current styles, trends, and techniques, but acknowledges the importance of classic hair forms as well, often referencing the bobs and asymmetrical cuts of Vidal Sassoon. He has studied hair cutting and coloring with some of the most well know and talented artist in Louisville. Brandon graduated from Empire Beauty School on Chenoweth Lane in St. Matthews. He is a KEVIN.MURPHY concept stylist and loves educating his clientele on the quality and performance of the product line and most importantly, how to use the products to achieve “fresh from the salon” quality styles at home. He uses Schwarzkopf color and excels at corrective techniques. Brandon’s approach to beauty and wellness is holistic and he offers a carefully curated selection of products and services aimed at assisting his clients reach their fullest potential. “We must ultimately realize that true beauty comes from within.” One of Brandon’s personal goals is to master as many aspects of beauty enhancement as possible. When not doing hair in the salon, he works as a skincare expert and make-up artist for Sephora at Oxmoor Center. Prior to his career in the beauty industry, Brandon worked as a Visual Merchandising Manager for Banana Republic and Human Resources Manager for Barnes and Noble Booksellers In Ohio. Brandon lives in Crestwood Kentucky with his Italian Greyhound, Rocco.
